Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, and other relevant legislation, Siltaş Yapı Construction Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company (“Company”) wishes to inform you regarding the sending of commercial electronic communications and to obtain your consent.

We hereby inform you that the consent you have provided regarding the sending of commercial electronic communications covers the provision of information about the products and services offered by Siltaş Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, the conduct of advertising and marketing activities, and keeping you informed about campaigns and special offers; we hereby inform you that your consent information and opt-out preferences will be stored on the Message Management System (İYS) in accordance with applicable legislation.
